This Privacy Policy explains how Visualtime Corporation. (“we” or “us”) collects and uses our user’s (“you” or “your”) personal information, which we gather from our websites, services, and desktop and mobile applications (collectively referred to as “Visualtime”).

When you use our applications and web sites, including Schedule123.com and Visualtime.com, you are providing us with your information.
We strive to ensure that any personal data we collect about you will be held and processed strictly in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, as set out in this notice.

This Privacy Policy also describes the choices you have regarding personal data we have collected about you. “Personal information” or “personal data” is any information that can be used to contact or identify an individual.

Data processed by Visualtime can be classified in Data that has been collected by us for our own purposes and Data collected by our customers and partners and used for their purposes.
For example, a Visualtime customer may collect data about you and use this data to communicate with you.
This policy specifically covers data that is collected by us. We are not responsible for, nor do we have control over, the use of data that is collected by customers and partners of Visualtime.
By using Visualtime, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with this policy. Terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

How We Collect Personal Information
We collect several different types of personal data, which we use as described in this Privacy Policy (See “How We Use Personal Information,” below).

During signup
When you sign up for Visualtime, we ask you to provide us with the following personal data:
• The name of the Organization you are affiliated with
• Your email address
• Your first name and last name
• Cookies and Usage Data (discussed below)

We use this information for creating and managing your account. We also may use this information to contact you and send you newsletters, marketing or promotional materials or other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any or all, of these communications from us by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails, or by contacting our support team at support@visualtime.com.

Automatically while you are using Visualtime
We also automatically collect information on how Visualtime is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages that you use/visit, the time and date of your visit or use, the time spent on those pages or features of Visualtime, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. We use this data to analyze and improve the performance of our systems.

Through the use of Cookies
We use cookies, scripts and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Visualtime and we retain this information to provide and improve Visualtime.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your internet browser from a website and stored on your device or computer.
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use Visualtime.

We share information with third parties who provide services on our behalf to help with our business activities and to provide Visualtime. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only for the sole purpose of providing services to us. These services include:

If a breach of data occurs within Visualtime, we will inform you via a notification posted within Visualtime and via email at your last listed email address within 30 business days of discovering the breach. By using Visualtime, you acknowledge and agree that we may send you electronic notifications via email instead of notifications by mail. Retention of Data
We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies. We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.

Disclosure of Data

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your personal data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

In certain circumstances, we may be required by law to keep your personal information, or we may need to retain your personal information in order to continue providing Visualtime. We do not have control over, or information about, your personal data that other users collect or use.

4. The right of restriction. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.

Visualtime application or web pages may contains links to other sites that are not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Children's Use of Visualtime
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. In order to use Visualtime, you must be old enough to consent to the collection of your personal data in your country.

Policy Changes
We may periodically update this policy. We will notify our customers about significant changes to this Privacy Policy by sending a notice to the customer's primary email address listed with us or by placing a prominent notice on the Visualtime applications or websites.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
